Pet Shop Boys today release digitally for the first time the “My Beautiful Launderette” EP – four pieces of incidental music and two songs written by Neil and Chris for the Leicester Curve stage version of the classic British film. The production, written by Hanif Kureishi, premiered in Leicester in September 2019 before touring other cities across the UK. Originally made available on CD only with the 2020 edition of Annually, the EP is now available in digital format at the link below.
Pet Shop Boys are looking forward to a big weekend of shows, marking the official end of the 2024 leg of the “Dreamworld” tour. PSB return to Chris’ hometown of Blackpool for a warm-up show at the legendary Funny Girls cabaret club tonight before headlining “Radio 2 In The Park” in Preston this Sunday.
